The trail connects on the west with the Armstrong Trail (page NE-103) at the junction of Redbank Ck and the Allegheny River. This trail goes north for about 5 miles to East Brady and about 25 miles south to Ford City.
At the eastern end of the Redbank Valley Trail, the trail will someday connect the 20 miles between Brookville and Brockway and intersect the Clarion-Little Toby Bike and Hike Trail (page NE-171). There is a major development problem, as the railroad grade has been severed by Interstate highway I80.
